The Empordà's wetlands
INTRODUCTION
The Empordà’s wetlands are one of the parks with the most exceptional and characteristic animals, plants and landscapes of Spain. These characteristics make move over thousands of people around the world every year and, It’s landscapes attract dozens of species of animals.
It was founded in 1983 after long and intense campaign that stretched from 1976 against the construction of a residential urbanization.
ANIMALS AND PLANTS
Many species are characterized by extremly ambiental factors.
A lot of differents plants and animals characteristics.
Exclusive and very unsual species presented by the park.
The vegetables and animals organitzation refers to the differents sectors and habitats.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It’s preferable to visit the park in spring, because in summer is so hot and in winter so cold, to enjoy the visit.
Also is preferable to come with sun cream and repellent for the mosquitoes.
INFORMATION
The park also have offices and an information center where you can ask for information, contract visits with a guide, buy park’s book, etc...
